We recently welcomed Kelsey Lock, co-owner of Lock Fusions, LLC, to speak to our CEO class.

Kelsey shared about the company she and her husband own and operate — a full-service welding and industrial maintenance business serving the oil and gas industry. She gave students a real look into what it’s like to work in the field while also managing and growing a business. She also shared the importance of networking, utilizing your resources, and diversifying.

Kelsey’s message reinforced that success doesn’t happen by accident — it happens through strong relationships, hard work, and the willingness to grow.

Thank you, Kelsey, for investing your time and experience into Clay County CEO!
