Our young professionals had a full day of reflection, growth, and teamwork! 💡

📝 They wrote Letters to Me — personal notes capturing what excites them most about CEO, the challenges they expect along the way, and how they hope to grow during this journey.

📚 We drew wisdom from Craig Lindvahl’s books Things I Wish I Knew Yesterday, sparking great insight and conversation.

🧩 Then came the Puzzle Challenge! Students had 30 minutes to complete a 100-piece puzzle together… but 5 minutes in, we switched things up and gave them a brand new puzzle. 👀

The lessons? Adaptability, communication, and patience under pressure.
