The CEOs met with Scott Erickson, the Knox County Clerk & Recorder, to learn about business licenses and DBAs (Doing Business As) and the importance of customer service.
Scott worked in retail prior to the County and learned valuable customer service lessons which he and his staff have brought to his office when dealing with the public.
