We also want to extend our sincere gratitude to all of our Mount Zion, Illinois CEO mentors. The CEO program offers such a unique opportunity through one-on-one mentorship, and we are so thankful for the time, support, and commitment each of you pours into our students. This network is truly one of the most valuable parts of the program as these students head off to college and beyond.
Today was especially exciting as our mentors worked one-on-one with students to help them start their LinkedIn professional profiles-such an important step as they begin building their personal brand and preparing for future opportunities.
It has been an amazing experience for everyone involved. The students have genuinely loved it, and it’s been just as rewarding to see how much our mentors have enjoyed building those relationships. Watching our students connect with community leaders and having those leaders invest in them has been incredibly special.
I can’t believe we’ve reached the end of the year-it’s hard to wrap your head around how fast it’s gone. What a journey it has been. 💛
