Recently, we gathered at The Mill in Mascoutah for a day of reflection on the year. One of the prompts I gave our students was to create a photo with a caption that captured what CEO means to them. It was interesting to see that several students chose the same symbol to represent their experience—proof of just how shared and meaningful their journey has been.
