Smackin Mac is a mac n’ cheese bar where families can build their own bowls with all kinds of tasty toppings. The owner, Jonathan Podolski, is a junior at Sterling High School. Growing up, he always got mac n’ cheese anywhere that served it. Now he wants everyone to experience the same enjoyment he felt, but this time he’s the one making it!!!
