One of the things I am most grateful for in my experience with CEO is the space it gives me to grow. Even when I start with Ideas that feel uncertain or imperfect, the program teaches me that one of those ideas can evolve into something truly great. CEO pushes me to think beyond the obvious, explore new approaches and challenge myself in ways I never expected. Most importantly it’s helped me face and work through my social anxiety. Every discussion, presentation, and team activity has pushed me a little further out of my comfort zone. And with the support of the program I’m learning that my voice deserves to be heard. CEO isn’t just helping me create ideas. It’s helping me become stronger, more confident, and more capable of steeping into the unknown as a leader. My most meaningful experience so far has been stepping way out of my comfort zone, talking to more than what I like to be of people, talking to people, sharing my ideas for the class business, working through problems that seem impossible, getting to learn more and more everyday. My personal growth these past few months has tremendously changed. Things I thought were hard now are getting incredibly good. Speaking in a room full of 30 people. Things I thought I couldn’t do. It became something I can do. And I’m truly grateful I got the opportunity to experience CEO and get to be a part of something truly inspiring.
