I’m thankful that the CEO program has helped me strengthen both my communication and technical skills, which I’ve been able to apply throughout the class. The class has given me countless opportunities to develop my soft skills—from mentor speed-dating to simple activities like the questions of the day. Every person I’ve met through business visits, guest speakers, and my mentor match has shared invaluable insights into their own paths to success. The experience that has impacted my communication skills the most has been the mentor match days. They pushed me out of my comfort zone by requiring me to speak with many new people, make a strong impression in a short amount of time, and be intentional with every question and response.
