This year I’ve grown in ways I couldn’t have imagined, especially in confidence and communication. I can hold meaningful conversations, speak to groups without fear, and interact with adults professionally. I started the program unsure of myself, but now I believe I can face challenges and succeed. Leading small groups taught me to be efficient, organized, and accountable, and I learned to express my ideas and collaborate. I’m most proud of my determination—I stayed committed and made the most of every opportunity.

One major challenge was our class business: balancing school, sports, and responsibilities while some teammates didn’t contribute equally. Instead of reacting, I stayed focused, fulfilled my duties, and later addressed the issue maturely. That taught me resilience and composure.

My view of entrepreneurship changed—I now respect the dedication, risk-taking, and work ethic it demands. The program gave me real opportunities, including a job at a pharmacy after a business visit, which inspired me to plan a major in Pharmaceutical Sciences. My personal business also let me give back—I donated clothes to a nonprofit helping people re-enter society with dignity.

This experience clarified my future goals and built my confidence. Moving forward, I want to keep giving back and building meaningful connections. I’m grateful for my classmates—this program was unforgettable. To anyone starting: be open, put yourself out there, and take every opportunity—you never know where it might lead.
