When I first started CEO I had no idea what to expect. In my first week I realized just how different from a regular class it really was. We didn’t meet in a school, we didn’t have a seating chart, and we got to learn way different things from what a regular classroom would. All the different business visits showed me that you can’t have success without struggling first. It also showed me just how many wealthy and important people work not even half an hour away from where I live. CEO has helped me become way better at speaking to adults and how to market my business. CEO has definitely been the most fun class I’ve ever had. I’ve gotten to host pickle ball and golf tournaments, which I had never been to either! Riding around in the golf carts was a lot of fun since I got to see the whole course while still being able to help out my class. At the trade show I did a lot better than I expected. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to sell any of my products at all and that I’d lose a lot of money. But not even half way through the trade show I was almost out of product to sell! If I’ve learned one main thing from CEO it would definitely be to have confidence in myself, because if I don’t believe in what I’m doing why would anyone else? I’m glad I got to experience CEO and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in it. You don’t have to want to go into business to be in CEO. I want to be an engineer and CEO has helped me in different ways then just business. Thank you Nick and thank you CEO for the wonderful experience.
