This year in CEO has had a major impact on me both personally and professionally. I’ve grown a lot in confidence and independence, especially in how I communicate my ideas and take initiative. At the beginning of the program, I doubted whether I could run a business or speak in front of others. Now, I feel much more capable and willing to take risks. One thing I now believe about myself that I didn’t before is that I am more creative and resilient than I originally thought.
Throughout the program, I developed important skills such as leadership, public speaking, time management, and collaboration. I also learned how to pitch ideas clearly and think more professionally. The skill I am most proud of is public speaking because it used to make me very nervous, but now I can present confidently and explain my business without second-guessing myself.
One challenge I faced was balancing school, CEO, and running my business. At times, it felt overwhelming, but I learned how to prioritize my responsibilities and stay organized. This experience taught me that setbacks are part of the process, and instead of giving up, I need to adjust and keep moving forward. CEO pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me become more resilient and resourceful.
I am most proud of starting my own business and turning my idea into something real. It showed me that with effort and consistency, I can bring an idea to life. This program has influenced my future by increasing my interest in business and entrepreneurship. Moving forward, I want to continue growing my business and improving my marketing skills.
