Did you know there are over 16,000 parts in a car? š
We didnāt either⦠until our recent business visit to Watermark Auto Group in Marion, IL!
A huge thank you to Brad Poole, President of the company, for giving our students an inside look at the dealership world. From inventory management to service operations to leadership lessons, we learned that running a dealership takes strategy, teamwork, and vision.
What stood out most? Brad started with Watermark straight out of college and 37 years later, heās still there. That kind of loyalty, growth, and commitment says a lot about leadership and company culture.
It was a powerful behind-the-scenes look at what it really takes to keep thousands of moving parts literally and figuratively working together.
Thank you for investing in our young entrepreneurs!
