Business Visit: Southern FS Inc. Boles
This morning, our CEO students had the pleasure of visiting with Shawn Yadloski at the Southern FS Boles location. Shawn has dedicated 25 years to FS, serving in a variety of roles and bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to our group.
Southern FS operates as a cooperative, meaning its customers are also owners of the company. That ownership model creates a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to the communities they serve.
At the Boles location—one of the most diverse Southern FS facilities—students learned about the wide range of products and services offered to livestock producers, crop farmers, and fuel customers throughout the region. Shawn emphasized that customer service is a top priority at Southern FS. When mistakes happen, their team works diligently to make things right. In many cases, their willingness to go above and beyond has not only resolved issues but strengthened customer relationships and earned long-term loyalty.
We are grateful for Southern FS’s investment in the CEO program and their continued support of the youth of Johnson County. Thank you to Shawn for the informative tour and for sharing your time and expertise with our students!
