🚗✨ Mentor Day ✨🚗
Our recent Mentor Day was packed with energy, creativity, and collaboration — with a fun twist we called the “Show-n-Tell Mentor Version” Challenge!
Here’s how it worked:
Each mentor & mentee had five minutes to head out to their car and grab a completely random item. Once they returned, teams were formed and given 10 minutes to create a pitch that used both items together — either as part of a new invention or in some creative concept where the items worked hand-in-hand.
The results?
Incredible.
From imaginative product ideas to clever real-world solutions, teams stretched their thinking and embraced the unexpected. What seemed like unrelated objects quickly became the foundation for innovation.
Beyond the fun, this activity focused on strengthening three key skills:
🤝 Collaboration – Working together under time pressure
🗣️ Communication – Clearly pitching ideas in a short timeframe
💡 Creativity – Turning randomness into innovation
It was amazing to watch mentors model problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork in action. Sometimes the best ideas come from the most unexpected combinations!
