About Me
I am a senior at RCHS. I have been involved in many activities throughout my high school career. I enjoy being on the Lady Tiger Tennis Team and being a performer for the RCHS theater department for the past three years. I am also the Secretary of the Interact Club and a member of FBLA, Yearbook staff, Choir, and Drama Club. I have received High Honors for academic excellence each semester of high school and have received many STRIPES awards, such as Positive Attitude and Integrity. I like to spend my free time singing and hanging out with my friends. When I get to college, I intend to major in Speech Pathology and hopefully minor in something theater-related. I am very excited for this opportunity to be a part of CEO because I know it widens my horizons and educates me on the world of business.

Summer's Street Eats is owned and operated by 2026 Richland County CEO Entrepreneur, Summer Downen. Summer's Street Eats was created to expose the local community to a new culture that most people have never thought about. Summer's Street Eats accomplishes this by preparing various dishes that incorporate proteins, vegetables, and spices. Summer offers home cooked Filipino dishes ranging from classic comfort foods like pancit and lumpia to flavorful rotating specials stemming from family recipes rooted deeply into her family's heritage. She makes all of her dishes by hand in her home kitchen and buys fresh ingredients from her local food stores in Olney. Her core ingredients like noodles and wrappers are bought from asian food stores in Vincennes, Indiana. Each dish is appropriately sized and priced accordingly.
